Datawind Launches UbiSurfer 9 9-Inch ARM Netbook
Datawind is back with another cheap netbook with lots of free internet – the UbiSurfer 9 and it’s pretty much the same thing as earlier models with ARM based processors coated with cheap builds and Windows CE.
There’s the free internet access, up to 30 hours / month for the first year, and 29.99 pounds for the following years, or 5.99 pounds unlimited per month.
Other specs include 128MB of RAM, WiFi, GPRS wireless modem and a 1GB SSD with memory expandabe with the SD Card or USB ports. It’ll hit the Ideal TV Shopping channel over in the UK this weekend for 149.99 pounds.
