Sony Vaio YB price cut – now only $490 ($60 off)
When the AMD Fusion based Sony Vaio YB debuted earlier this year, prices started at $600, or if you happened to be browsing Amazon.com, $550 for a slightly lower spec model.
Now, the lower spec model has dropped in price by $60 and can now be found for about $490 at a few online stores – J&R.com (and via Amazon.com) and B&H Photo Video. That includes both silver and pink models.
The low end model gets you 2GB of RAM and a 320GB HDD. The rest is all the same – an 11.6″ 1366 x 768 display, Zacate E-350 CPU with Radeon HD 6310 graphics, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, HDMI out, 4-cell battery and Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit.
