Lenovo ThinkPad X100e 11.6-inch Athlon Neo 1.6GHz Laptop is now (until November 28th) being offered for $359.10.
Weighing less than 3 pounds with full-size spill-resistant keyboard and multi touchpad. This option has AMD Athlon Neo processor. Many options available. Display is 11.6-inch HD with web camera, graphics are ATI Radeon HD 3200. 320GB Hard Drive and 4GB of memory. It also has Built-in WWAN & 802.11n WiFi, 6-cell battery.
Lenovo Japan will be launching the Athlon Neo X2 L335 version of the Lenovo X100e mini-laptop on June 18 (2010). Priced at about 69,000 Yen ($754), it comes with a 11.6-inch display, 1366×768 pixel screen, 2GB RAM, AMD M780G chipset, 320GB HDD, and runs Windows 7 Home Premium.
Clearly, the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e, 1.5kg, packs much more muscle power than the conventional netbooks without much compromise in battery runtimes. Toshiba claims that it can for 5.5 hours on a single charge.

Besides the AMD Athlon Neo MV40 1.6GHz single-core chip, the CPU choices now include the 1.6GHz dual-core Athlon Neo X2 L335 and Turion Neo X2 L625 with 512KB and 1MB of L2 cache, respectively.
The ThinkPad X100e features the RS780 chipset, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 320GB of hard drive space, a 3- or 6-cell battery for up to 5.1 hours of run time, optional 3G and GPS receivers, a full-size keyboard with trackpoint, 1366×768 display resolution, and Windows 7 OS.
